Silence Can Make or Break a Deal in Asia

Understanding silence is a crucial skill when doing business in Asia. Silence doesn't necessarily mean "yes" or "no"—it might simply mean "maybe." Recognizing that many Asian cultures tend to be more reserved in expressing opinions can make or break a deal.
